Ian, I’m confused, it says “2022,” on the bottom. Why did you rehash this? So let’s assume Pangman is still developing this as per their website….next
 
It's still on the CBRE website and so it gave indication that this might have come back.
 
I’ve never really looked at the costs of these lots before but is 4.4 million a good price? I always thought they were higher.

My assessment was based on what I was seeing in the forum, particularly comments about investors pulling out. That said, I’ll defer to your perspective. I don’t have direct industry knowledge, so it’s hard for me to make an informed assessment

To be fair, a ton of this forum is rumours, so whatever you see on here could be true, or something completely the opposite can happen.

That said, Parks II got Infill Infrastructure Fund money so unless the city forgot to add a stipulation for forking out funding without any guarantees of building (which I dont think is the case), then I don't think it's dead.

1 comment from one poster…….doesn’t make it so….that same poster also said that Falcon 2 was dead in the water….of which we know isn’t the case
