Just make the exterior colors blue and white and I'll be happy.
Now, about the ground-level CRUs...

The Gardner Architects specialty.I mean, I'm happy for the density and all, but good lord, can we PLEASE just stop with the damn patchwork quilt look already?
Why do some perhaps optically challenged people not get that less is more. The brown colour is nice, the blue colour is fine too, but pick one and only one!! IMO, brown probably goes much better with the base here.^^ I think it needs two or three more exterior finishes.
Yes, these are all going to age like milk.I mean, I'm happy for the density and all, but good lord, can we PLEASE just stop with the damn patchwork quilt look already?
I really think the city should put some guardrails, the same way they're doing with 8-plexes. Not particularly on where they can be built, but on minimum design standards. Also, I reiterate that we are in desperate need of an architecture degree in the city.Yikes. 6 Storey wood-frames have become weaponized in the worst way possible.
They don't have to be ugly, but they've certainly made it acceptable to build bottom of the barrel suburban junk everywhere.
Each one must be a different texture and colour, and cannot at all be from complimentary palettes. Maximum chaos.^^ I think it needs two or three more exterior finishes.
<monkey paw curls>I only wish it will cover up that eyesore known as Peregrine Point.
