Correct me if I'm wrong, but the layout of this building as shown a little earlier in the thread shows a nice big entrance to 108th Street which is great. But on the other side of the building it appears that there is basically no entrance other than a small door leading to their new park on 109th Street. If that is the case for the final design, which I hope that isn't the case, it seems quite a waste of building this nice entry Park to the college but then make it look like an afterthought towards the building right next to it which it's supposed to be leading people to.
 
How come this new rendering from Clark Builders bears no resemblance to the preliminary designs submitted to the city?

I still don’t know what to make of that giant concrete triangle on the southeast corner. Is that for skateboarders to do some sick tricks off of? Maybe an amphitheater for one? A living wall where all the plants were cut down because they died? A ramp for Evil Kanevel?
