I was thinking about the other side of the street. There are some open spaces and redevelopments of others like the funeral home that still need to be done and may not have even started by the time this project is finished. I hope not. And the rest of the land south of Parks needs to be redeveloped, too - currently some parking and the cash chequing business strip.
