We finally took a walk through there a few weeks ago and wow! It's gorgeous! We had to walk through the gauntlet of garbage strewing zombies and angry addicts north of the Rogers Place but in the end it was worth it. What a lovely space.

well, if they maintain security and businesses fill those CRUs then there is a better chance. I wish the nearby bakery could come to this area.

It is probably not a great time to add commercial space downtown when there is still so much vacant space, so it may be challenging in the short term, but the space is very nice so it may fill up eventually.

Do we have any word on when the high-rise second tower is coming to the Switch? Last time I heard Qualico was getting more bullish on its design and proposing something much higher than originally planned.

CBRE mentioned that it was starting this year, and considering they both reported the CN tower and Highfield place conversions (which both turned out to be happening), I'm inclined to trust them on this one.
