I don't know if I mentioned it before, but the steel cladding going on the public washroom building is left over from the Coronation Rec Centre project. I thought that was kinda cool.

I'm not sure if I like the look so far, perhaps the recycled aspect partly explains why. I suppose at least they saved some money here.

It's not recycled per se, it's just extra material. Also same architect consultants working on both projects, they may have designed the washroom with this in mind. I can ask.

I realize it is surplus material from another project that was not used. I would have preferred something that fit in with the nearby buildings, not something from elsewhere that just happened to be available.
