Based on Q3 2025 numbers, this conversion alone would reduce the downtown office vacancy from 18.2% to 17.7%.

Someone previously pointed out that the north facade of this building is a blank wall since it was built on the property line, which makes me curious how they are planning to make this conversion work.

Someone previously pointed out that the north facade of this building is a blank wall since it was built on the property line, which makes me curious how they are planning to make this conversion work.

The reduced vacancy rate would be good news. I used to work in this building when it was fairly full with various tenants, it was sad to see them pushed out and what happened with it becoming so empty.

It would be a bit of an undertaking, but I wonder if they could put a some windows on the north side, at least enough to make it work. Otherwise I feel the building is about the right size for a conversion.
