Please don't be wooden 6 storeys, please don't be wooden 6 storeys, please don't be wooden 6 storeys....... Crap, 4 wooden 6 storeys......
I, for once, am happy with wooden 6 stories if they are well done, but with this number of units, we're probably looking at something slightly taller, unless they're only building studios.

Yup. Nothing wrong with 6 stories, it's a matter of the design. Big difference between a typical suburb build and a stuff like Stadium Yards or some of the great smaller stuff you see in other cities. Fingers crossed, I guess...

At this rate we have a very good chance of possibly almost having 2,000 units being constructed at the same time downtown. 696 units is a big number.

And yes I'll update the spreadsheet with DPs

I will be very curious to see where downtown population sits at by the end of the decade. On top of these we should still see the Stationlands second tower, Parks 2 and Falcon 2 (I don't remember how many units between them) and there are the 340 or so from the first couple of ICE District Phase two.

All of this is also before the Attainable Housing funding from the CRL.
