Definitely making big improvements. Still feels like a few more key projects need to happen and some rundown buildings replaced, but very close to being one of our best dense areas.

That massive 3 building project on 113st and 105ave will help a lot. Sucks that 104ave is such a wall. Brewery district design is so bad for integrating QMP and Whikwentowin.

Although I will not argue that this looks so much better overall, I am still having a hard time forgiving the City for allowing the design on the left because A. it blocked the view to the historical train station and B. the main floor CRUs are bland, boring, and hard to reach because of the barrier.

Ideally we need more connectors to make it easy to get to the places east of Gateway and south of Whyte Avenue

CRUs the market did not need, might I add. Such a horrific urban design.

Travel around Whyte Ave has historically been and remains mainly east-west and west-east. While it is admirable and beneficial to try create more north south activity, it has to be well designed and compelling to work.

Unfortunately, this and even some more recent development around here hasn't been.
