I mean according to the Infill Infrastructure Fund, there's supposed to be a 458 unit project starting soon in downtown near the new park. Soooo I'm guessing Parks II might be happening pretty soon if that's the case.

We don't know any other proposal in the area that fits the description lol

That HAS to be phase II/III as there's nothing of that scale, unless they are talking about 2-3 projects.

I'd love to even see the podium of phase 2 going ahead, that itself will improve Jasper Ave. Jasper Avenue New Vision Phase 3 (102 to 109 St) is in concept design stage. They must be talking to Maclab as well about whether or not the LRT entrances are going to be incorporated into their building or not.

Its part of the group behind the cask and barrel and rocky mountain ice house. I got a quick tour through the space a month or so ago.
It will also be an event space and their plan is for the new kitchen to serve both Solar and the cask and barrel. Nice to have something in that space now.
