Honestly hard to believe this project is located in Edmonton. Please Maclab, build more.

Felt very high quality. The bottom podium is beautiful. Walking from this to westriches west garneau down the street was sort of funny. Sure makes that one look like a value engineered piece of suburban junk. Westriches street level is basically 121 west by regency. Maclab hit it out of the park with theirs.
I really hope maclab grabs some land in west Oliver for a project soon.

There are also walk ups not far from this building and some very nice new buildings located downtown. People have different budgets and desirability.
