Agreed. Tall is so ... 2010! I have said this on the Calgary forum before as well, but I too would trade a 50 storey tower for a 20 storey nice one, or even a 50 storey tower for 8 x 6 storey buildings with nice streetscapes.

I like the massing of this one - tall and slender, it'll be a nice addition to the skyline.
