Not to be that guy, but it's more like 23 vs 27 minutes. It's actually less than I thought, and the valley line leg might be slightly longer too.

The flipside to all of this is rents are up ~9% y/y in Edmonton: https://rentals.ca/national-rent-report So landlords to some degree are just downloading their increased costs onto the tenants to the degree that the market allows, and we'll likely see this trend for rental prices continue...

The RVA / Sturgeon County will be connecting the underslung pedestrian bridge to the existing Lamoureux trail. I've heard it will be one of the final tasks for the project, along with the paving of Lamoureux Dr itself on the Sturgeon side.
