Edmonton home builders’ motto has largely been “think inside the box”. Blatchford challenges the conventional views of both builders and home owners, and this type of change is often met with resistance. With time, I hope it succeeds in providing a different example of what community can look like.

I don't think I saw this posted previously. It looks like GEC Architecture has submitted a proposal for a 25 unit multi-dwelling building next to the Airport Tower and Littlewood Park at the entry to Blatchford. This is site J, marked as sold on the City of Edmonton Land Sales map...

I agree with the example provided above - the design guideline is more inspired that the counterpart townhome. I do like the front patio features of the Ocheller townhomes, which will be connected to walk-out basement suites. I think this will allow for a similar function to the example above...

Yes, this mixed use development will be on lot "G" at the end of the block next to Ocheller and Carbon Busters. Mutti is finishing their designs and expect to release floor plans and pricing in 2 months. Condo prices to start around $300,000 for 1 bedrooms and $350,000 for 2 bedrooms...

It look like the first 3 pictures are of homes located on the pedestrian pathway. The first picture is Ocheller by Redbrick, while the second and third pictures are by Mutti. The 4th picture shows the Encore townhomes, and these are not located on the pedestrian pathway. I'm eager to see...
