Hey dmose, I was thinking of keeping the concrete flooring. They haven't made an appointment for me yet, so I don't know much about the types of flooring. Do you know how the concrete will look like as is? And is it easy to polish it? And "as is", is it liquid permeable? I doubt the sales...
