    Don't want to burst many bubbles, but the only, ONLY, CAPX dollars that gets spent in receivership will almost always only pertain to life/safety matters, potential legal liabilities. You can bet that the 555-era parking garages aren't exactly paragons of engineering excellence.

    I'm not for tall, for tall's sake. I'm saying that anything like a mid-rise would get swallowed by its surroundings and feel claustrophobic. As a residential site, that'd be oppressive.
