I live in the area, lots of nimbys, opposed to everything from infill (especially skinnies), to LRT, and they all love the West Block development just down the street.

I am all for it, the community gets to have their garden that wont be blocked by the shade of a tower, and the developer gets to put some much needed density on 104th near an LRT station.

After what happened at South Park on Whyte, I would not be surprised if they change the design to something worse.

To me it looks kinda bad, but that is probably just because the windows in that render are grey and aren't shiny. I'll reserve my judgement until we see a higher quality render.

I like it, but I hope the stations in the final design have more colour.
