I know I’ve said this before, but I’m still pleasantly surprised at how quickly this has leased up. I thought being so close to the Hope Mission would’ve been a major deterrent to many.

Something that would help right away is if the city reverted back to free evening and weekend parking (on non-event days). The city put the cart before the horse when they implemented those changes. You need to make DT a place that people want to come visit first, rather than find ways to make...

A large chunk of the people who currently WFH for the city don’t think the same way as you, and if they weren’t working from the office DT would stick to their bubbles out in the suburbs.

The leasing map for Stantec shows both units on either side of Eye Distict as pending. Anyone know what the corner unit will be, or what we should expect?

Was DT for a meeting this morning and went to CC Mall afterwards to grab some lunch. Like a previous poster said, I haven’t seen it this busy since before Covid.

Looks like they’re also cutting YEG to ATL (again) and YUL.

I don’t fault WS for cutting transborder if people don’t want to travel there, but at least throw us some scraps and add a couple more domestic or Mexico routes to make up for it. Something more exciting than Kamloops.

Will it be some good updates/information or should we prepare for disappointment?

I actually think we’ll see the twin towers in St Albert break ground before Phase 2 & 3 here😬
