I think we need to start another thread for the Quarters project, but just adding that the top floor (L6) will be mostly non-student residences.

I’ve seen the prints for this project. There is amenity space for the students.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there, but it’s decent for a chain restaurant.

I’m only talking about the two towers. Not the fan park.

Katz isn’t the one building the 2x14 storey towers..

The builder has lots in their pipeline right now so they need to prioritize, and this project isn’t at the top of their list 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don’t think we’ll see anything until at least spring 2027. The builder is prioritizing other projects.

I think it’s ugly, but maybe it’s the “busy” murals all over the front that make it seem worse than it actually is. But I’ll take this over a lot that otherwise would’ve sat empty for another 20+ years.
