the seller is caught between a rock and a hard place or a highrise and a low rise. that lot would end up having next to no property value once it's sandwiched in between two higher density buildings.

Stationlands will be a slum in no time. it's a horrid area.

the CN Tower is an iconic building in a city that doesn't have many iconic buildings. The Epcor wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the dirty former mayor.

they have the website on hold and it will become a website closer to building completion.

Stationlands district is a dumpy area. I'd rather see the core of downtown be of greater significance than around the Epcor Tower.

I walk and ride my bike around but I still want underground,. secure parking for my car. my building doesn't have enough underground stalls to meet the demand. there's additional parking outside but most neighbors don't like those because of the weather and back lane hooligans.

I don't think I've ever been so eager to see a building start taking shape above ground as this one.

I hope they do build 2 and 4 at the same time. The more the merrier!

I spoke with the demolition man and he said they were planning to start construction in 2 months.
