Isnt the first tower and probably the second rental? Would be less thought given to the second tower for renters, as if the price is right some might not care that much about an obstructed view for a year or two.

I will agree that the crown lighting of the Citizen was one of the brightest things in my view looking west, not as bad since they dimmed it. I'm 20 blocks away and it used to grab most peoples attention looking out my windows with "what's that?"
As someone who lives on 103rd leave it alone, its access for a lot of parkades including mine and see's a lot more traffic than those that stop by occasionally think. And will become even more vital once the LRT continues westward on 102nd.
