What are the chances that Marriott moves Westin to here and then converts the existing Westin hotel into another of their brands if the current Westin is no longer at Westin standards?

I'm in for 38 storey mixed use with a Marriott brand. In keeping with the Bank District theme, there will be at least one ATM on site, but possibly two.

Is this in addition to the tower expansions at Grey Nuns and the Mis, or instead of one or both?
