This is 2 blocks from my house. I for some reason thought this would be a great entertainment venue, but not sure if that is ideal given residential is on either side. Regardless, glad to see its finally been sold!

That is too bad about Grizzlar. I discovered them when they were still on 109th. I went into their 124th St. location this summer. I guess a proper sign was never put in though?

I just remembered there is K&K Foodliner on Whyte and 99th, going to check it out on Saturday to see if its an alternative for the Italian Centre. Also popped by the Colombian this morning, great coffee, great food offerings, and a nice vibe overall. Here's hoping this part of 99th fills out...

This building is near my house and it's been great to see it come up over the past year. I think the finished product looks great!

I share the same sentiment. I've lived in the area for just under a year and I love it. I don't see myself going anywhere any time soon!

Would be awesome to see this building be turned into something like Oliver Exchange. There's definitely the opportunity to add more commercial space going north on 99th.
