If any one of you have such a trailer, bring it there to see if there is room before complaining. You must note that the sidewalk is level to the road so there is enough space on the sidewalk side.

I am glad to be proven wrong, the architect that designed this did a good job at partitioning the building into phases. If the developer decides not to build the second tower the existing one already acts as a stand alone building. Much better than seeing a blank wall.

Look at the third last pic. You see windows being installed where phase 2 is supposed to be. There are balconies where there should not be any balconies.

I have a feeling that the second tower might never get off the ground. It seems like no provisions were made for the 12 storey building.

They should have used frosted glass for the railings.

They better do something about it soon, otherwise moisture will seep into the building and cause damage, if that hasn't happened already.

I like how the main enterance compliments the statue on the street.

I absolutely hate it when a developer demolishes a building and never develops the vacant lot. That is one of the worst things a developer can do to a city.
