I never suggested the quality of the architecture would be less; I'm only estimating that the scale will likely be smaller and Entuitive should have properly annotated where that rendering came from to give people context. I have zero problem with the pragmatism/optimism of the share, however...

Hate to be a killjoy, but I doubt the CSC ends up as that. The final product will likely be scaled down in size and look different from that rendering. I do love that rendering though; it's just a really, really early conceptualized form of that building for visual purposes only. I wish...

I'd like to to hear where Global got that estimate. If it's directly from the City, that sounds more like the idealistic amount needed for a perfect renovation to be completed (such as what was proposed during the FIFA bid), not necessarily where the current (and realistic/more modest)...
