Sure, some of it is seasonal, but it's one of our main CBD stations and receives very poor levels of O&M. These should be done ASAP and overall the look/feel is BAD.

Sounds like 104st will be basically the same for this year's market and that BHHP will not have vendors, but entertainment and activation.

Do they? In all cases? So then all of our neighbourhood rinks disappear and you are forced to drive further and this removes community skates and amenities. Mega-centres are not the be all and end all.

I'm waiting to see how my latest inquiry lands, but am about ready to go to the media as well and know a number of local businesses and residents who would do the same as a group. But here's hoping something sticks with this recent letter.
