My undergrad was $16k, I lived at home and worked 3 jobs to make it work... even with parental help. I cannot imagine these days paying 40k for an Arts degree.

The really ambitious residential project, food market, maker-spaces etc. died last year and as archi mentioned, a major investor pulled out, but I believe the new plan was far more practical and realistic. Unsure of details, but will see what I find out next time I chat with him.

^no thank you. Procura needs to buck up, demo, and move Sedona forward. That would be an exceptionally bad precedent and liability for the City.

I am going to miss that one house and always thought it was one of the more unique abodes in the city. Would love to know the history on that one.
