    ^sure, but this is seemingly on a different scale. I don't see Parks 2 going for another year or 2 minimum given the pace of Parks 1 paired with concrete high-rise construction costs and overall risk given market fundamentals. That said, I hope it does.

    Twas my first true 'local' when I moved Downtown back in '05. The phone booth and character of that space was awesome; great live music nights.
