This is really going to transform the area! I’ve attached a few more pictures I found, and honestly, its NOT BAD.

I hope they buy the land and extend the park. Spending $40 million on a beautiful public space only to hide it behind a building makes no sense. They could even add a tennis court there to elevate the park but maybe its too much to ask for our city.
