It sure is! I got the pics from their website. These will be some really great looking buildings, similar to The Legacy which they just finished a couple streets over.

Manchester square is actually almost fully leased. Mercury Block is going to be an even bigger success with all the surrounding residential/commercial developments popping up and so many more planned.

J123 was a prime location for development even before COVID. If anything, it is that much more desirable now with all the new developments that have popped up in the area over the last few years, especially Mercury Block 1 & 2. I’m sure we will see a solid proposal come to fruition on that...

No retail on capital Blvd? :( How many units?

Based on the development permit, Mercury Block II is only going to have 2 levels of underground parking compared to the 3 levels in Mercury Block I. This building is going to come out of the ground that much quicker 😍

It looks like one of the retail spaces facing the courtyard is now pending. Any guesses / ideas what it might be? I would personally love a poke bowl restaurant 😜

Would love to see a rendering of it if anyone has access to it!
