What's interesting about this one is that it is the first multi unit infill in Dovercourt. Happy to see it going up as a sign of confidence in the area. Many people in the neighborhood are worried how the homeless shelter by the Costco on 149st, that is about to open, might affect it.

And let's hope those flowers don't like the sunlight 😉
