I sort of like to play along here but my list is slightly inflated. Mainly cause as some know, I work in the industry.

The building is looking nice, I'll have to go have a closer look at it myself. So what's with the canopy there in the parking lot?

Was the access closed mainly because the mall is basically empty?

I sort of wonder when the bus terminal that was temporarily moved to the other side of the mall will be return to its former location. Will they bring bus service back once the construction is done at the LRT station or will they wait until the LRT station is ready to open?

I think one of the sad parts about this building, or even this area, is the building that we see that potentially will be built is going to be still looking way better than the building right across the streets from it there on 106th Street

That's great to hear it'll be nice to see that land filled up, just a little bit sad that it wasn't going to be on part of the blatchford land. I hope some stuff starts getting built west of the LRT tracks for NAIT.

Well on one side, the building will bring a bunch more people living in the area so that's a positive at least. As for the look of the building, that is definitely one of the most uninspired buildings that could have been put there.
