I hope that actually that the city decides to improve the sidewalk area as they did one block east of here. It would be really nice to see this little stretch of area expand the pedestrian realm from Whyte Avenue proper
I'm really loving how this development is just one amongst a bunch of developments being built along the capital line and the Valley Line.
I hope that more and more developments can find their way to be built along the LRT lines especially in the areas that are perhaps not as conventionally...
I'm just glad that finally something is starting to happen there. I saw my last post on this thread was about 6 years ago. It will be nice to see this area filled finally.

They are definitely moving quickly with a bunch of stuff. When I went through the Edmonton City Center doors at the west side of the 102 Street Station they had blocked off some of the sidewalk and rerouted people to other doors to get in.
Well hopefully we'll start seeing at least one of these projects begin sooner than later. It will be nice to see buildings as opposed to big empty parking lots.
Well the LRT tram Construction will be with us for a while but hopefully when it's done it will make the area a little bit nicer and a bit more accessible.
And one way or the other the tracks down the middle of 104 th Avenue is a done deal. I think the only real thing that the city has to figure out is for future LRT, do we build LRT to move people quickly and efficiently with very little interaction with the roadway like a lot of the capital line...
