Being from St. John's Newfoundland originally and seeing constant years of stagnant growth its fun to watch a city like Edmonton grow.

Yeah I live right next to the Windermere high school, cool to see them start on that.

I would say alot of the GDP growth is not in the city but in the region.

This is an important one. That field was so damn ugly on the main entrance way to our glorious city. I cringed every time I drove by it. Now everytime I drive by it I will have a box of krispy kreme.

Glad they are finally building that medical centre. I use to live behind it and it was an ugly empty lot. Use to be a gas station I believe.

So will this classic beauty now be called the CWB building and not the Manulife? Always has been my favorite downtown building.

2024 should be a good year for industrial projects in and around the city.
