I was on 104 ave and noticed that some of the fins are removed on the building? or is it the glass? Am I seeing it right? or is it just bad reflection?

It would be a waste of the foundation if they build something short here. I remember years ago, during foundation pouring, I recall it being the largest raft slab foundation poured in the city? something like that?

I hope they get rid of the existing configuration and have the back of the seat against the window so there’s more standing space and no more dirty seats from people’s shoes

I drove down 104 avenue and I think I saw a Servus credit union sign at Rogers Place, beside the casino entrance. More banks to come!

Accidentally found this on Baydo's website. They're a developer from Saskatoon. I was initially curious with the tower they're building in Saskatoon and ended up finding they're building here as well. Just like their tower in Saskatoon, they use super tiny windows...
