I'm REALLY excited to see the renders for this project!! This, Windsor Terrace and Laurent + Eleanor have and will change 87th ave into a true urban corridor.

Here’s a sneak peek of the tower…..to the left of the woman….lol. Sorry Ian….you snooze you lose

Ahhhhh, now it makes sense. Their low rise under construction was always named, "Windsor Heights." Now I see on their website it has now been labelled, "West Windsor." Now this high rise will be "Windsor Heights.."

Firstly, WOW! I really like this design and I'm excited to see how 87th ave is gonna feel after this is done construction.

Secondly, did you guys purchase the Mormon school on the corner? Because it appears that this tower will encompass the entire corner of 87th ave and 116th street. If so that's awesome!

Thirdly, I wish you and the Westrich team luck with the massive pushback that'll no doubt come shortly from Windsor Park. I wonder what Councilor Michael Janz's position will be on this development in all honesty, with having to bridge the gap between his pro-urban development policies and platform and having to hear the concerns of his ward's residents regarding this tower.
