I believe that house has been for sale for awhile, and the way it was advertised was just for the lot. It was quite pricey from what I recall - I think 699K?

I think you're right. I talked to one of the people on site, and they were digging out a basement across the lane way. So it looks like they are just dumping the dirt there.

It’s new, wasn’t there last week. It was listed for sale like a year ago but I guess didn’t sell?
