Felice Café has been open for just one month and local vendors are already seeing a boost in business because of it.

Went to Ayco Cafe for the first time today. Coffee was good but the tiramisu was half-frozen and meh. I may be back but only after they smarten up with their edible offerings. Their Instagrammable wall art is a must-see though!

Some smart-ass a-hole is going to walk into this place with his high school geometry compass and puncture the inflatable furniture and then brag about it to his friends.

• Leopard past by on Saturday and they were just getting the last odds and ends put together. Should be open this week.

Out for a walk last night during the game. Hit up Dog Patch in Riverdale after.

Very pleasant on the deck for a beer and a bite. Bill for 2 came to $53.00. very relaxed feel and good food. And they are generous with the dog treats for your pup. were 5 dogs chilling on the deck while we were there.

Went to the 5th Street Food Hall for lunch a couple weeks ago. I loved the concept and the food (mmmmmm burger). I will definitely be back.

Got Back to Tzin on 104st Saturday night. What a great little place. I seem to only get to it once a year and mainly after the Winspear

Had lunch at Earl of Sandwich today. Their Cuban sammich was delicious! Will return.
