Nothing definitive, but according to Maclab they aren't experiencing any hardship with financing it. Maclab wasn't on the project team before (it was just Pangman and John Day originally if I recall correctly), so perhaps they were brought on to add some extra capital.

Interestingly enough….the Parks is now on Maclab’s website. It wasn’t there just 2 weeks ago….

There was some behind the scenes stuff going on back in the Spring but haven't heard anything since. Maybe Pangman wants to get The Parks going first before working on Edmonton Motors?

Pangman has updated their website to indicate that the “Parks” project is stating in 2021 as opposed to “to be completed in 2022….so that’s positive for the “Parks,” but it still says “TBD” for the Edm motors site

Considering the Parks and this one are bigger I imagine this one will be on hold until the Parks is much further along.

I am curious about that as well with Pangman selling Augustana if they would move focus and capital to this project again.

In the short term it would be nice to see the old dealership building and parking lots utilized.

A temporary outdoor/indoor market would be nice here during throughout the summer & fall. Could also bring in some food vendors too with some live music as well. It's a good spot with good visibility for something like this

Many reasons to think so given the market, incremental cost and reasonability of anything more than say 40-50 storeys.
