Damnit, I knew that last "It's happening" meme post was pre-mature

I asked some construction workers on site this morning if construction was progressing and they responded 'sort of', so that's better than 'no, it's cancelled', I guess.

Some more materials are being dropped off on site today, no additional workers as of yet.
A separate crew is installing a wall of metal panels on scaffolding across the east face of the site, most likely to hide the site from any media shots from the NHL bubble.

I don’t understand what’s so scandalous about an active construction site. Every city has them. If anything, they make a city look urban, busy, evolving...
