Designed by Next Architecture, the four-story, $49-million building will provide the AUPE with 120,000-square-feet of office space, required to support the union's 95,000 members.

The building also contains meeting spaces large enough to accommodate 250 members at a time, as well at 400 parking stalls, and is well-located near several hotels in the area.
