The City of Edmonton will be unveiling a new public art installation on Monday, July 22 from 5-6PM, at the Corona LRT station. Part of the Paint the Rails initiative, "Strong as a Forest" will celebrate Edmonton's rich cultural history, including artistic representations of the city's Métis, Francophone, and Ukrainian heritage.

This current piece is the fourth in the series, these and other like it to eventually adorn many of the city's various LRT stations. Telling the story of the city through art, the murals will help enrich the cultural vibrancy of the city for commuters and visitors alike.
