SkyriseEdmonton's intrepid City Rep, Dave Sutherland, received a special sneak peek tour of the SKY Residences at Stantec Tower earlier this week, the photos from which are hot off the press. Occupying the 31st to 66th floors of Canada's tallest building outside of Toronto, the hotly-anticipated SKY Residences are just now coming online - the first six of which are now complete with public open houses scheduled for later this month.

Open and airy, with ample natural light, floorplans range in size from 490 square-foot single bedroom to a roomier 1,221 square-foot two bedroom with den.

Each show suite is uniquely outfitted to show different decorative styles and a variety of ideas potential buyers could use to furnish their own units.

The show suites are all located on the 32nd floor, and currently represent the highest residential units in Edmonton, giving each suite unparalleled views of the city. Large windows adorn every suite, flooding each with abundant natural light.

Future residents will also have access to a 20,000 square-foot amenity space that includes a fitness centre, large kitchen, and a sizable outdoor terrace that sits atop the office portion of the building.

The SKY Residences, located in the heart of ICE District, sit on the doorstep of Rogers Place, as well as the recently-announced Loblaws City Market, the latter to be completed in 2020. Other announced retailers in Stantec Tower include an Oliver & Bonacini restaurant, Starbucks, and Scotiabank, in addition to the recently-opened Rexall.

A public open house will be held April 13, 14, 27, and 28 for visitors to check out the SKY Residences in-person. Possessions are expected to begin in fall of 2019.
