Located kitty corner to the old Molson brewery at 121 St NW and 105 Ave NW, the future site of Regency Developments121 West by DER + Associates has begun as construction progresses on the 8-storey, 244-unit condo development now going up at the nexus of Westmount, Queen Mary Park, and Oliver.

Replacing what was a longstanding green field, the new development will bring upwards of 300 new inhabitants to the neighbourhood, the area soon to be further transformed by the completion of the Brewery District. Slated for completion in 2019, 121 West will feature a range of suite sizes, from 560-1300 square feet, with prices starting in the low $200,000's.

Part of the upcoming revitalization of the area - which includes the aforementioned Brewery District - 121 West, centred around a courtyard, will help bring a sociable, neighbourhood feel to the area.
