Several additional panes of curtain wall glass have been installed on the Symphony Tower following their debut last month. Six rows of aqua blue glazing are now affixed over the floor slabs of the concrete skeleton, which is closing in on its 27-storey height.
Designed by KENNEDY — makers of The Pearl — for Allen Wasnea Engineering, vertical construction is nearing its conclusion. The building's western column of balconies is pulled inwards as the structure approaches its pinnacle, with the glazing to follow the edge of the outdoor spaces. This architectural expression is now clearly evident in new photos showcasing the construction.
On the ground, the 143-unit residential project meets the renovated Foot House and Parkview Apartments properties. The building will contain six townhomes and seven distinct floor plans across floors four to 17, and an additional dozen up to 27. Amenities are set for the fourth floor, where residents will enjoy a fitness facility, social room with kitchen, and a rooftop garden.
