Edmonton's most expensive penthouse is on the market at the recently completed Ultima Condominiums, a 32-storey development by Westrich Pacific. Selling for a cool $3.13 million, the 2,558-square-foot home spreads across the top two levels of the building. Boasting oversized ceilings, three outdoor decks, and three fireplaces, the moneyed buyer will also be given a $250,000 Bentley Continental GT according to the Edmonton Journal and a new video showcasing the dramatic suite.

In addition to the suite's interior features, the residence comes with two parking stalls. The 199-unit building made headlines last month for an onsite parking space that sold for $75,000. There are over 300 such parking stalls contained within the development.

Ultima, mostly sheathed in triple-pane glass, is connected to the streetscape by a heritage-inspired podium that includes ground-level retail and live/work lofts on floors three and four. Residents have access to a flurry of amenities, including a lounge, fitness centre, hot tub, and an outdoor deck.
