Nice looking project.
Hopefully this will also help with the empty CRUs along Fort Rd in this area. Lots of potential. The new MUP goes along Fort Rd north to 153Ave (maybe further?).
And it's a short bike ride to connect with the MUP along the LRT tracks all the way to 95St near 104Ave where more bike routes exist downtown and beyond.
So great active and public transportation options here. Not sure where nearest grocery store is though.
Also noticed they were either breaking ground on a new build or doing land servicing on the lot - old overflow parking lot for truckers - on the Old Sands Hotel property......
