So yes on the concrete floor? Sorry I’m a bit of a newbie to all this. Looking to rent a unit in the building so debating on whether to rent on the main floor or the top floor because of noise from above

this building is all wood-frame. the ground level is concrete (over the parkade) but everything else is going to be wooden joists, wooden subfloor, etc as @IanO said. Everything but the top-floor units will be under the wood-frame floor of the unit above.
