I cannot read the labels from this distance (photo feature fantasmagorism) but the logo says to me "densglass" -- hence the milk-white panels that are becoming so prevalent in recent Edmonton architecture. I think we should take some advice from the Rolling Stones...

I'm a little unclear why this is showing up in the Open Data permits now (Area 4 is the one under construction now):

PERMIT_DATE May 11, 2020
JOB_CATEGORY Commercial Final
ADDRESS 10565 - 82 AVENUE NW
NEIGHBOURHOOD QUEEN ALEXANDRA
JOB_DESCRIPTION To construct General Retail / Apartment House buildings with underground parkades (site 4 building has 98 Apartment House Dwellings above main floor General Retail).
BUILDING_TYPE Mixed Use (522)
WORK_TYPE (01) New
FLOOR_AREA 103,117.09
CONSTRUCTION_VALUE 16,498,734

@MCXavierL It does, but I think that address represents all four development areas. Plus the unit count matches with the building currently U/C. Still not 100% sure about any of that, but will keep an eye on it.
