@Nosirrah Kirk seemed to be under the impression otherwise? Unless he was talking about another project on Jasper & 123 Street?

I checked the address and no DP jobs came up... I'm not sure what other project he would be referring to though, maybe either of Cidex's proposals (but those haven't been approved for rezoning yet I think)?
