great pic! what a difference 2 buildings can make. last time I drove through that area I had to do a double take - forgot I was in edmonton for a second.

Raymond Block and Southpark are definitely two of the classier recent mid-rises that have gone up lately. I don't love the tactic of trying to pass off one large buildings as several smaller ones, but Raymond Block does it about as well as any development has in Edmonton.
