It can be an Ikea! There'd be an up-only escelator going to the top, and then you'd have no choice but to go through the entire store to get back down

No idea who is involved yet, but a second 4-6 story multi-use condo/apartment plot (plot M) is now marked as pending on the land sales map.

It'll be nice to see some condos/apartments go up here now that the townhouses are well underway.

I heard a rumour while I was on site last week that there will be an announcement soon regarding the larger (4-6) condos. We may have others starting soon as well.

Sounds like we could see a slight change of plans for Hanger 11 that could be quite a positive step forward.

If it's on the west side of Blatchford, for example, that won't be adjacent to their campus. NAIT has already purchased City land within Blatchford to expand their campus, so I think this Metis community development project doesn't need to focus on NAIT as well.
