Edit: Here's to hoping that the NIMBY's don't stop this one like they did with Beljan's commercial project near Vi's for Pies.

Very well proposed concept imo
The only possible dislike is the olive colored panels. I find it to be not the mostly optimal color to contrast with this design. Perhaps they could add a third color or darker olive tone ( with strong hues of wet mud/grey)?

Rezoning is already completed, there's not much opportunity to kibosh this one.

I noticed that Pangman recently transacted on this parcel. Not sure whether the renderings posted earlier in the year were theirs or if they intend to make changes to the design?
