JW Marriott was very smart, they snagged the best spot and will not have to worry about anything else here now. However, there are still some spots nearby, within easy walking distance of the area where a hotel that is not as high end could go.

July/August is the rumour. We'll see if it pans out since they will have to submit DP/BP concurrently.

Would be excellent for the area if this and Switch go at the same time. Village first developments will follow a year or two later.
